I recall the number of times I wanted to know what the possible math competitions are for our Oregon students. This first reference is a concise listing that will link you to the many possibilities. The second one is a listing of free Video links sponsored by Annenberg Media. The choices are awesome. I hope you enjoy these links.
Techno Science Supersite: This is a complete listing of Contests and Competitions in Oregon! Included are General, Math, Science and Technology information. Quick links to Math Counts, Oregon Invitational Mathematics Tournament, Pentagames, Southern Oregon Math League, and grade level Math League Contests are included. The Oregon Robotics Tournament and Pacific Northwest Robotics Competition links are provided too. Annenberg Media: This listing of Free Video on Demand is an excellent resource for students, teachers and parents. Mathematics topics include Against All Odds: Inside Statistics; Algebra, In Simplest Terms; and Assessment in Math and Science: What’s the Point? Many of the videos are directed at students, others are aimed at further education for teachers.

S.O.S. Mathematics: This is a free resource for math review material. It covers Algebra through Differential Equations as well as basic mathematics. This study site is intended for high school, college and adult learners.
Amby’s Education Site: Math resources include applets for practice of the addition, subtraction, multiplication and division tables. There are both visuals and interactive assistance. Also at this site are links to the 24 Game, Mad Math Minutes, Flashcards, Math Tables, Magic Squares, Order of Operations Tutorial, and a wide variety of additional interactive assistance for students. Math Forum: Did you know that the Math Forum at Drexel has an excellent online library of resources. This one includes Problems and Puzzles and is a wonderful collection.

Word Problems for Kids: This website is loaded with challenging word problems organized by grade level. It is located at St. Francis Xavier University in Canada with thanks to the Waterloo Mathematics Foundation for permission to adapt problems from the Canadian mathematics Competitions.
