PRESIDENTIAL AWARD APPLICATION INFORMATION

This year's Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching (PAEMST) application includes several changes:

• The Presidential Award for 2005-2006 award will be open to elementary teachers only (K - 6). The application is due May 1, 2006. All applicants will use the revised video application in the PAEMST 2003 program. The application is now available at: http://www.paemst.org/applicationselection.cfm.
• You must be nominated by another person (student, colleague, parent, student, or member of the general public.) The nomination form is also at the same website.

We have mentors available who can help! Let me know if you are interested in applying, or nominating someone, and if you would like a mentor! If you have questions about the process please contact:
